Everything around me is constantly screaming for my attention.
It happens constantly and what better way to start than where you sit right now. If you are reading this post then you are most likely on the internet either researching something, learning from me or distracted from something you were doing. The elite in any given field know how to block out distractions, because they are dream killers.
Do you ever start out doing something on the Internet and you turn around and find that you are have 20 open tabs at the top of your computer and very little of what you were trying to get accomplished is actually getting done? Yeah? Well me too. It happens to the best of us I'm sure. If you are trying to legitimately get some things done, here are a few tips for getting the most out of your days and your time.
Wow this is an absolute and there is no substitute for it ever. See yourself once again as having achieved your dreams, in the most dynamic places you can go as a human being and even beyond.
for every single week and every single morning. I love it when I knock out my goal list by Wednesday. I then have choices. I can really perfect some of the things I'm working on and try to take my content to another level or if I'm satisfied with where things are at I can tackle new tasks or take some deserved time to go golfing.
in other words come with a made up mind everyday that you are here to accomplish certain things and your going to give 100% of yourself including your energy, talents and resources to accomplish the tasks that are on your goal list.
Know your patterns, sites, people and things that block your productivity. They most go; set some perimeters around your time and work. After a while you will discover that you had actually developed some bad work habits and they simply needed tweaking back into more productive ones.
There is nothing more frustrating than being interrupted by clients, emails, phone calls and various other things in our day that need our constant attention. Figuring out what is most important to your bottom line and the most profitable parts of what you need to be doing and delegating the other is what often separates top earners and stragglers.
