"Strength doesn't come from what you can do. It comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn't." RIKKI ROGERS, We all posses the ability to harness the will to overcome lives toughest challenges.
The pain may try to swallow you up at times and the idea to just quit and return back to the mediocrity of a vain existence will attempt to drag you down but don't let it. Make that pain your stepping stool to what you really want in life. It's like when endorphins kick in during a hard long run and every part of your physical being is burning and screaming quit... DON'T YOU DO IT. Its like when you get to those last few reps in the gym and NORMAL is to set the bar down when it starts to burn but we all know that is the signal that something good is happening.
You better know what the goal is before you start and if you didn't then you better make up your mind as to what you really want. Hurry because knowing is half the battle. The other half is this endurance also known as your willpower. Weaker people have stopped and been complacent with the fact that at least they started...but that's not you. You're different, what seperates you is the fact that you will not settle for anything less than the finish line.
It doesn't matter who's talking, it doesn't matter what your thinking, the only thing you hear is the will to succeed. Harness the will to overcome the pain, the struggle. the doubts, the fears, the procrastination, the worry, the anxiety, whatever your feeling.
At somepoint you have to be able to sit your pain down and put it on notice that you are not afraid of it anymore, that you own it, and it will submit to you until everything you want, is your reality. #SHUTUPPAIN
