How to Personal Growth Your Way to Success: You 2.0
How to personal growth your way to success starts with understanding a couple things. Most people have forgotten that they have the ability to think, interact, participate and change their life.
That is really the biggest weakness and the biggest challenge that each one of us face. The revolution doesn't need to happen in our country, the world, our government or our job. The biggest revolution needs to happen inside of us and when it does the world needs to watch out because You 2.0 is a game changer!
- The Original you is simply the original version of you. Most people are stuck in the original version of themselves and never get out and experience the life of their dreams because they do not grow into the person that knows how to get those dreams or inhabit those dreams.
- People want to win but they simply do not know how. Everybody has a dream but do they know how to get it? I have worked with tons of hardworking people who never become successful in their lives. They struggle to barely make it, day after day, and year after year.
- Many of us are in need of our inner struggle to turn into an internal revolution. When things get so bad in any given society usually there will be a segment of society who would rather die fighting in order to create a better opportunity for themselves.
The 1.0 Version of Yourself is Hard at Work
Most of us have been brought up or raised with a certain set of beliefs and these beliefs can become so ingrained in us that no matter how hard we try to break them the brain simply won't let go of them. I call this the belief matrix.
The belief matrix is so strong because it is not usually just one belief but a series or set of beliefs. It's the sticking point for a lot of people and to get unstuck you have to know how to personal growth your way to that next level.
Many people can see where they are going and they can even see a path to get there but they simply won't begin the journey because the belief matrix around "what's normal" is so strong. Extremely successful people are often a little abnormal as a result of embracing beliefs that are not common or mainstream. They simply swam off alone to embrace their own inner revolution...
Personal growth is the ongoing process of understanding and developing oneself in order to achieve one's fullest potential. Personal development is a vital part in a person's growth, maturity, success and happiness. It is the foundation of emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual health.
You see a beautiful girl who has daddy issues date the same loser type guy over and over in her life and she never gets free from that because her belief matrix can't convince her that a "good" man could ever truly want her. Why would he, her own dad didn't?
The ONLY way to succeed in this area of her life is not to try to date the right guy, it's to learn how to personal growth herself past that mindset. Then she can pick from a trough of "right guys" because now she's not just beautiful, she's healthy!
That is only one mindset, how about the mindset that I am only capable of making $50,000 or $60,000 a year? How about owning your own business and making 5 figures or even 6 figures consistently every singly month.
The 1.0 version of yourself will not accept that though. It's almost like there is something in your life holding you back. We want to think it's all these circumstances or lack of money, or wrong timing, or lack of opportunities, or privilege, but it's not... it is you.
If you can break that belief matrix with an entirely new set of beliefs then you will become exactly that. This is what personal growth has accomplished for so many people who learn how to use it. This game is 80% Mental and that is why people who grow their personal wisdom have succeeded through the generations vs. those who do not.
Don't Try To Be Successful With 1.0 You
1.0 You will not go there and will not be the leader that you want him or her to be because 1.0 is simply not capable. This is where you have been frustrated over and over again. This is usually where reform usually wins or does not win. People who fail to grow either stagnate or fail in life.
This is why our prison system is a failed system because it punishes offenders but it does not give them a paradigm that teaches them an internal system on how to personal growth their way to succeed in life. No growth means that they are doomed to repeat the mistake over and over. I see it in individuals, leaders, sales people, teenagers, etc. all day long, every single day.
If you don't develop new sets of beliefs that are consistent with the new dream then it is never going to come into existence. YOU are not capable of it and you never will be.
Most people waste so much time setting goals that they are not capable of, instead of becoming the person that they need to be in order to reach those goals. There has to be a new system and a new belief matrix put into place in order to consistently overcome. If your belief system is strong enough then it becomes easy for you.
Their has to be a fight on the inside of you that takes place with the old you. The old you is too strong to resist or overcome which is why Jesus taught that ultimately if you want a new life you have to be willing to part with the old you. You have to be able to put the 1.0 You down once and for all. Be willing to move past your entire old belief matrix and get a new one. Even he doesn't want anything to do with the old you except to help you move on into a better more improved version.
Your old self may be used to drug induced comas as the only way to feel good about yourself. Your old self may be comfortable living in poverty and pain as long as their is enough food in the fridge for one more week. These are extreme examples but it goes true up the line. The old you will say, 'that's the example' so you're not in need of an upgrade. That is a lie from the 1.0 version of you.
The 1.0 version will sleep and slumber and find excuses to not work, the 1.0 version will check social media channels, procrastinate, start projects and never finish them, workout for awhile and never really get into any sort of shape. Success is very elusive to the 1.0 version of you on so many levels it isn't even funny.
People don't understand how strong the old belief matrix can be and how resistant to change we can actually become.
Some of these patterns are so strong that many people die in the wilderness and never get to their promised land. They wander and wander knowing that the promise is close but their beliefs won't let them get there. This is why you need to stage a revolt against your own self until the new you is in complete control... You 2.0, the you of your dreams!
Introducing the New Version of You|2.0
We set goals and see a vision and don't get any results, am I right or am I wrong? I'm right. If I had a dollar for every single person who set goals and never got them well I'd never work again.
The 2.0 version of you is simply the you that you are becoming, not the person that you are now. Become the person that you want to be and quit focusing on the version that you are now.
Develop a new set of beliefs about yourself and what you are capable of.
Let go of all the limitations and all the limiting beliefs and dismiss them as untrue.
Start to believe more strongly in the new version of yourself and become that person.
Your mind simply does not know the difference.
Test this out and see if what I'm talking about is real. Write down a bunch of the limiting beliefs that you are starting to realize right now have been holding you back. Now right down some new things about yourself that you know you need to be in order to inhabit your new life.
Most of us, if we are truthful, hate to do certain things in our life and we will spend a lot of our time trying to avoid doing the things that will absolutely change our lives and businesses. Can you imagine if you learned to love to do the things that you hated and how much you could advance your life if you loved to do those things? That is the 2.0 version of you!!
The 2.0 version of you loves to get to the gym, and eat sawdust. The 2.0 version of yourself has made the decision that he is going to become a master leader at his field. The 2.o version of yourself staged a revolution against your former self and overcame him and won. The 2.o version is now becoming the dream that he or she was designed to be.
